NV Elementary is located in Greenfield near the high school complex. Students in preschool through fifth grade attend classes here. The new facility has a cafeteria/commons area and a large gym and opened its doors to students in August 2017.

With an emphasis on reading instruction, students begin their education with research-based strategies that will increase student achievement. All students experience explicit instruction through a comprehensive reading program that includes phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and reading comprehension.

Students have access to a wide assortment of playground equipment. Through fundraisers organized by the Mother's Club and with a generous donation from the Schildberg Foundation, new playground equipment was installed on the south side of the facility in the summer of 2005. In 2020, additional playground equipment was installed through grants and funding from the Board of Education.

 

A library, tablets and Chromebooks are also an important part of the learning environment in this facility.
