Nodaway Valley CSD is an incredible district that strikes the perfect balance between the personal attention of a small school and the diverse opportunities typically found in larger districts. With over 30 years of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of leading in various Iowa districts. Our staff and communities are clearly deeply committed to student success—it’s evident in everything we do.

True success is rooted in service to others. As the district's lead learner, I am committed to collaborating with all stakeholders, advocating for our people, programs, and services, and elevating our district financially, culturally, and academically.

Open communication is key to our success. I invite you to reach out anytime with ideas, questions, or input as we move our district forward together.

Prior to becoming the Elementary Principal at Nodaway Valley in 2021, I was a sixth grade ELA instructor and mentor teacher at Nodaway Valley Middle School.

We work hard at Nodaway Valley Elementary to do what is best for our students.  We continue to focus on reading strategies to help all students become skillful, proficient and motivated readers.
